1. Register a company:

The word "import and export" must be included in the business scope. If these items are not in the business license, you need to add this business scope in advance.

2. Customs filing: China International Trade Single Window Specific operations:

Register an account → Cardless user → Fill in the enterprise filing application information → Print the "Customs Declaration Unit Filing Information Form" → Stamp with the official seal and click "File Upload"

Customs verifies the enterprise filing application information and the "Customs Declaration Unit Filing Information Form" in the system. Please note: (1) Generally, the approval result will be issued within 1-3 working days, and the result will be issued the next day if it is fast. (2) The English name of the company when filing with the customs. (3) Now the Inspection and Quarantine Bureau has also merged with the customs, so you only need to go through the customs filing. (4) If the customs approval is not passed, please modify the declaration information according to the prompts.

3. Open an electronic port account.

You can apply for only the legal person card, or you can apply for the legal person card and the operator card, both of which are free now. After submitting the application, the result will be issued within 1-3 working days. Please wait patiently! Go to the site to pick up the card, or apply for mailing directly (fees to be paid). If it is mailed, please be sure to note the address, recipient, and phone number when applying and upload the mailing business entrustment + stamp with the official seal (template is available).

4. Foreign exchange registration

At present, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange has delegated the right of foreign exchange registration to the bank where each enterprise opens an account. The enterprise can directly complete the registration at the bank where the enterprise opens an account and apply for a foreign currency account.

5. Export tax rebate registration

If the enterprise imports, it does not need to go through this step; if it is exporting and there is an export tax rebate, it must go to the tax bureau to handle the export tax rebate registration and apply for the export tax rebate later.
