1. Check the condition of the container

3. No partial load

It is required that the center of gravity of the goods be in the middle position and not deviate more than 10 centimeters from the center of the cross line at the bottom of the box to ensure balanced loading.

4. Goods are properly reinforced

Improper reinforcement of the cargo box will cause the cargo to move when driving and turning, or even cause the vehicle to overturn, which will seriously affect the safety of the cargo.

5. Carton number

In order to facilitate tally and customs inspection, the containers should be clearly numbered and accurately reflected on the packing list to facilitate tally and customs inspection.

6. The information in the shipping authorization letter is consistent

The cargo information filled in the shipping authorization letter must be consistent with the actual shipping information and the content of the waybill, especially the name, weight, volume, etc. of the goods; otherwise, it will result in inconsistent freight or even fines.
