Misdeclaration, false reporting, and concealment of dangerous goods will have serious consequences for normal port operations and maritime transportation safety, and may cause heavy casualties and huge economic losses. In order to further strengthen the safety management of dangerous goods, maintain the normal production order of the port, and ensure the safe production of the port, we hereby regulate the application for dangerous goods transported by sea.

Report relevant matters as follows:

1. Dangerous goods loaded and unloaded at the wharf must be truthfully declared in accordance with laws and regulations. Any form of false declaration, concealment, false declaration and entrainment of dangerous goods into the port area is strictly prohibited.

2. If there is false declaration or concealment of dangerous goods, our company will terminate the business cooperation with relevant units.

3. For all cargo containers arriving at the port, the offender shall be responsible for any economic losses such as mechanical equipment, port facilities, other goods, and container damage caused by non-reporting, misreporting, false reporting, and concealment of dangerous goods. , and assume all responsibilities, losses and expenses arising therefrom.

4. Our company will report to the relevant government departments for investigation and punishment in accordance with the law if any illegal activities such as false declaration and concealment of dangerous goods are found.
