Guo Tingting, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Commerce, Yang Tao, Director of the General Affairs Department, Xu Xingfeng, Director of the Market Operation and Consumption Promotion Department, Li Xingqian, Director of the Foreign Trade Department, and Meng Huating, head of the Foreign Investment Management Department, introduced the business work and operation in 2022.

Li Xingqian, director of the Foreign Trade Department of the Ministry of Commerce of China, said that in 2023, domestic trade exhibitions will be fully restored to offline exhibitions, and enterprises will fully support overseas exhibitions.

Beijing

Beijing provides subsidies of 50% - 70% of booth fees for enterprises participating in overseas exhibitions, excluding enterprise registration fees and booth construction fees. 30000/each booth (9 square meters), enterprises can apply for multiple booths, and the total subsidy shall not exceed 300,000 yuan. For the return freight of large-scale exhibits, a single exhibit with a volume of 1 cubic meter and a weight of more than 1 ton can apply for a subsidy, the upper limit is 50%, 100,000 yuan.

*The support ratio is generally 50% of the amount required to support the content, and the support ratio for expanding to emerging international markets such as Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, and Central Asia can be increased to 70%.

Shandong Province

It is proposed to continue to give full subsidies to the booth fees of Class A and B electromechanical industry exhibitions, and to give no more than 90% and 80% subsidies to the booth fees of Class A and B non-mechanical and electrical industry exhibitions respectively. Type A exhibitions are supported by provincial special funds; Type B exhibitions are supported by the central foreign trade and economic development special funds, and the funds are allocated to each city; Type C exhibitions are supported by the central foreign trade small and medium-sized enterprises' market development project funds, and the funds for each city are strengthened. Usage is tracked and dynamically adjusted.
