The consignee or consignor may be exempted from notice of presence when the goods are inspected by the customs

In order to ensure the rapid inspection and release of inbound and outbound goods during the epidemic prevention and control period of the new coronavirus pneumonia (hereinafter referred to as the epidemic period), reduce the concentration of personnel, and effectively prevent the spread of the epidemic, the following announcements are made regarding the exemption of the consignee or consignees from attending the customs cargo inspection during the epidemic period:
